SAFETY INCENTIVE

As a member of Local#16 you are eligible for the Safety Incentive program here are the requirements:

• OSHA 10 Hour (Every Three Years) - You are required to take the OSHA 10 Hour class which is offered year round here at New Mexico Laborers Training and Apprenticeship Fund.
  
• Hazard Communication (Annually) - You are required to take the Hazard Communication class every year to qualify for the incentive.
  
• ADDITIONAL CLASSES - Any additional classes you take here with the training fund may also be applied for your safety incentive. Example: CPR/First Aid, Cutting and Burning, Forklift, etc.
  

ALL CLASSES MUST BE TAKEN BY AUGUST 31, 2014TO GET CREDIT FOR THIS CURRENT YEAR. APPLICATIONS WILL BE SENT OUT BY SOUTHWEST MULTI-CRAFT ON SEPTEMBER 1st 2014 AND MUST BE COMPLETED WITH COPIES OF CARDS ATTACHED AND SENT IN BY OCTOBER 15th 2014.
